Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Quantum Quasar InfoWorld LLP ("Q2 Infoworld", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Services

Q2 Infoworld provides software development services including but not limited to iOS application development, Android application development, web development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, and technical consultancy. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems and resources required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Q2 Infoworld.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. Q2 Infoworld retains the right to use third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools under their respective licences. Pre-existing proprietary tools and methodologies remain the property of Q2 Infoworld.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined per project agreement. Q2 Infoworld reserves the right to pause work on projects with outstanding invoices beyond the agreed payment terms. A late payment fee may apply as specified in the project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Q2 Infoworld's liability is limited to the value of the services rendered under the applicable project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered software.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
