Return Policy
Q2 Infoworld provides custom software development services. As our deliverables are bespoke digital products, our return policy differs from standard product-based businesses.
1. Nature of Services
All projects undertaken by Q2 Infoworld are custom-built to client specifications. Work is performed based on agreed requirements and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once development has commenced.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Q2 Infoworld fails to deliver agreed milestones without reasonable justification
- The project is cancelled before any work has commenced
- A billing error has occurred resulting in an overcharge
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are generally not eligible for refund:
- Work already completed and delivered as per the agreed specification
- Change-of-mind cancellations after project commencement
- Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required inputs or approvals
- Third-party costs such as App Store fees, hosting, or licences
4. Revision & Dispute Process
If you are dissatisfied with any delivered work, please raise the concern in writing within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will work with you to address any issues that fall within the agreed project scope.
5. Milestone-Based Payments
For projects structured with milestone payments, each payment corresponds to a defined deliverable. Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. Payments for future milestones will not be charged if the project is cancelled.
6. App Store & Third-Party Products
For apps published on Apple App Store or Google Play Store under client accounts, refunds for in-app purchases or subscription fees are governed by the respective platform's refund policy, not by Q2 Infoworld.
7. Contact for Refund Requests
To initiate a refund request or raise a billing concern, please contact us through our website at qqinfoworld.com with your project reference number and a description of the issue.
